Accompanying coating scheme of acrylic polyurethane paint

Acrylic polyurethane paint has good outdoor weather resistance and decoration. It has different gloss and various solid colors, metallic colors, and optional texture effects.

Suggestions for the coating of acrylic polyurethane paint:

1. The gap between the primer and top coat of the architectural steel structure is generally longer. After painting, the steel components are sent to the construction site for assembly, and the topcoat is uniformly painted after the assembly is completed. In this way, the surface of the steel structure needs to be cleaned before the topcoat is applied, and the welding flux of the welding seam is removed. For the components burned or touched, the paint should be refilled in advance.

2. The topcoat should be prepared with the same color and the topcoat should be suitable. The topcoat should be fully stirred before use to maintain a uniform color. Its working viscosity and consistency should ensure that it does not drip during painting and does not show brush marks.

3. The topcoat should be continuously stirred during use. The method and direction of painting are the same as the above process.

4. When spray coating is used for the coating process, the caliber and spray pressure should be adjusted, the hose can be stretched freely to the working area, and the air pressure should be 0.4-0.7N / mm2.

5. When spraying, the distance between the nozzle and the coating should be kept well. Generally, the distance between the spray gun and the working surface should be about 100mm. The angle between the spray gun and the base surface of the steel structure should be kept vertical, or the nozzle should be slightly inclined upward.

6. During spraying, the nozzles should move in parallel. When moving, the nozzles should be stable and the speed should be consistent to keep the coating uniform. However, when spraying, the thickness of the coating is generally thin, so it should be sprayed several times, and each spraying should be carried out when the upper paint film has dried.
