As a major coal province, Shanxi has a wealth of electrolytic aluminum resources. On January 7, the reporter learned from the Provincial Economy and Information Committee that in order to continuously expand the scale of the aluminum industry and extend the aluminum industry chain, the cluster effect of the aluminum industry has become increasingly prominent. In the next five years, the aluminum deep processing industrial park will be built to create the “1461” industry. System, by 2020 the total industrial output value will exceed 30 billion yuan.

It is reported that the industrial park is located in Yongji, currently there are 10 large-scale enterprises in the park, initially formed aluminum ingots (aluminum liquid) - aluminum alloy rods (aluminum large flat ingots) - aluminum profiles (aluminum sheet) - auto parts for The main industrial chain. The main products are aluminum and aluminum alloy ingots, aluminum alloy rods, aluminum alloy flat ingots, aluminum alloy cast roll, aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum alloy plate strip. Aluminum has a crude processing capacity of 590,000 tons, and aluminum processing materials have a production capacity of 74,500 tons. However, it is also confronted with outstanding problems such as high production costs of electrolytic aluminum, mismatch of electrolytic aluminum production capacity and aluminum processing capacity, and low proportion of aluminum deep processing.

According to the plan, the park will create a "1461" industrial system. Relying on Huasheng Aluminum, it has developed four major industrial chains, including the aluminum industrial chain for construction and industrial use, the industrial chain for automobile and consumer goods casting, the aluminum foil and foil industry chain, and the electronic aluminum foil industry chain, to create construction, transportation, electronics and packaging. In the field of electrical appliances and consumer products, the aluminum deep-processing six aluminum deep-processing plates improve the horizontal supporting industries such as modern aluminum logistics, extrusion abrasives, and anode carbon.

By 2020, the total number of aluminum deep-processing enterprises in the park will strive to reach more than 50, with a high-purity aluminum production capacity of 15,000 tons; crude processing capacity of 690,000 tons; output of aluminum deep-processed products exceeding 270,000 tons, and deep processing ratio of over 40%. The industrial output value exceeds 30 billion yuan.
