1. Environmental requirements for the installation room of electronic balances (1) The room should be protected from direct sunlight. It is better to choose a dark room or use a shading method.
(2) Vibration sources such as railways, roads, and vibration machines should be kept away from the source of the earthquake, and earthquake-proof measures should be taken when unavoidable.

3. Main steps for installing the electronic balance (1) Choose a qualified installation room and have a qualified mounting station.

(3) Check whether the host and parts of the balance are complete and the appearance is good.
(4) Dust removal and cleaning work on the balance host and its components.
(5) Install the balance main unit and adjust the balance to the horizontal state by adjusting the leveling feet at the bottom of the balance (observe the leveling device in the balance weighing room).
(6) Mount the scale's scale ring, weighing pan and other movable parts in place. Some weighing pans need to be rotated to fix them.
(7) Loosen stoppers such as shipping screws or buttons (some electronic balances do not have this).
(8) Adjust the external power supply selection key of the electronic balance to the local power supply voltage file.
(9) Insert the external power supply and plug into the external power socket, and turn on the power switch of the electronic balance to observe whether the display of the balance is normal. If the display is normal, warm up according to the instructions.
4. Precautions before operation of the electronic balance (1) The voltage range selected by the electronic balance should be consistent with the external power supply voltage at the place of use.
(2) The electronic balance should be in a horizontal state.
(3) The electronic balance should be warmed up according to the instructions.
(4) Weigh volatile and corrosive articles in a closed container to avoid corrosion and damage to the electronic balance.
(5) The indoor temperature and humidity of the balance should be constant, the temperature should be 20 "C, and the humidity is also about 50%.
(6) Correct the balance so that it is in the best condition.
5. Main steps of operating the electronic balance (1) Turn on the power and warm up to make the balance stand by.
(2) Turn on the balance switch (press the joystick or switch key) to make the balance in the zero position, otherwise press the peel key.
(3) Put the vessel, read the value and record it, press the peel key by hand to clear it, so that the balance is displayed as zero again.
(4) Record the readings as they are added to the vessel until the desired weight is displayed. If there is a printer, press the Print button to finish.
(5) Take out the vessel together with the sample.
