Recently, a joint notice was issued to decide on a differential electricity price policy for the building facing stone industry in Fujian Province to eliminate backward production capacity and promote industrial restructuring.
According to the notice requirements, it is strictly forbidden to implement preferential electricity price measures for building facing stone processing enterprises and mining enterprises in various names. The places that have been implemented should be stopped immediately. Power grid enterprises should resist the implementation of preferential tariff measures introduced by local governments in violation of regulations, and report the situation to the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau.
Each district and city government is responsible for proposing a list of all building facing stone processing enterprises and mining enterprises in their respective jurisdictions, and publicizing to the public that the list of enterprises that have been publicized and reviewed and approved by August 20 will be reported to the Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and the Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau. For deliberate reporting, the provincial government will be invited to take project approval measures for the locality.

Yuan/kWh, from January 1, 2011, the electricity used for production will add 0.45 yuan/kWh to the normal electricity price. In the implementation of the peak and valley electricity price policy, the peak period will be raised according to relevant regulations, and the trough period will not fall.
