(I) Acceptance criteria
After the completion of the project to do a full acceptance: First, the quality of decoration and decoration project acceptance, acceptance criteria in accordance with the "construction and decoration project quality acceptance specification." (b) "Statement Bills"
The customer and decoration company must fill in the “Project Acceptance Receipt†and “Project Final Account†at the same time as the completion acceptance of the project. The customer pays the construction company’s final payment, and the decoration company must submit the “Engineering Acceptance Receipt†and the project within three days. The final statement is submitted together with the "Project Warranty Card" to the actual home. Actually, the House confirms that the project has been completed according to the "Project Completion Acceptance Form" and stamps the "Project Warranty Card" with the "Home of Beijing Home Furnishing" contract. "Certificate Chapter" and "Project Warranty Card" are the only proof of warranty and advance payment.
If the customer fails to accept the project acceptance for no reason, or fails to deliver the project payment to the decoration company, he is deemed to have given up the warranty right to the customer, and he also regarded the customer as giving up the right to claim the payment in advance.
If the customer signs and seals the "Project Acceptance Receipt Form" or if he has not gone through the acceptance procedure but the customer has already been checked in, it shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance test.
(c) Warranty
According to the "Management Methods for Residential Interior Decoration Management" promulgated by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China on March 5, 2002, the warranty period for residential interior decoration works is two years, and there is a requirement for waterproofing of kitchens, bathrooms, and external walls. Leakage is a five-year warranty period, and the warranty period begins on the date of acceptance of the residential interior decoration.
If customers find quality problems during their use, they can contact the decoration company first and explain the problems to the decoration company. All items made by the decoration company are covered by the warranty.
During the warranty period, quality problems, decoration companies must carry out repairs without conditions, without delay. If the decoration company refuses to repair or delays for no reason, the customer can directly complain to the home. If there is a quality problem beyond the warranty period, the decoration company will not be responsible for any responsibility. Generally, the decoration company will perform the maintenance and collect the cost.
