1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the safety requirements for the manufacture, use, maintenance and design of crawler cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) with a maximum rated total lifting capacity of 150t or less (including 150t, the same below). This standard is applicable to mechanical, hydraulic and electric truss cranes with a maximum rated total lifting capacity of less than 150t. For cranes and telescopic cranes with a maximum rated total lifting capacity of more than 150t, reference can be made.

3 Lifting characteristics and anti-rollover stability
3.1 The crane shall have a rated lifting performance table, performance parameters and lifting height curve signs. It must be fixed in an operating room that is easy for the operator to see. The size of the sign should be in accordance with GB/T13306.
3.2 The static stability check of the whole crane shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14560.
3.3 Crane back stability requirements: The crane is parked on a solid and horizontal support surface, equipped with a basic arm, the longest main arm or the main arm plus the jib combination, in the minimum position, the hook placed on the ground, working wind pressure From the boom to the counterweight, in the most unstable direction, the distance between the center of gravity of the crane and the axis of rotation must not exceed 70% of the distance from the axis of rotation to the line of reversal.
