Among the three concerns raised by the audit team, one of them was that a customer had a bias in the drill product. At that time, our marketing director had handled it in time. The audit team teacher suggested to establish a follow-up product quality use tracking process, whether the customer has any similar problems with the product after the product is improved, and whether the product performance is satisfactory. Manager Chen Long asked the relevant functional departments to insert the problem of customer feedback into the end.
