Based on the "Opinions on the Implementation of the SME Identification Work in Zhejiang Province" (Zhekefa Gao [2002] No. 201) and the "Scientific and Technical Office of Zhejiang Province on the Issues Concerning the Identification of Provincial Science and Technology Enterprises" (Zhekefa Gao [2012] No. 286) document requirements, identified Wenzhou Xumei Technology Co., Ltd. as the first batch of provincial science and technology enterprises in 2016.
