This new automation solution, called “Top Loaderâ€, is integrated directly into the processing area, saving space and being inexpensive, maximizing floor space savings. The machining area using this solution is not subject to any restrictions compared to machines without the "Top Loader". The “Top Loader†is equipped with a swing arm with a single cylinder jaw and it can be used with the universal pallets used in the WALTER industrial robot loader tray, one for the blank workpiece and the other for the finished tool. Depending on the tool diameter, this pallet can be equipped with up to 500 tools. It takes only 27 seconds to change the tool once. Can be set up automatically.
