2. Polyurethane insulation board

1. The rigid polyurethane board has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the bulk density of rigid polyurethane is 35-40 kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018g~0.023w/(mk), which is equivalent to half of EPS, which is the lowest thermal conductivity of all thermal insulation materials.

2. The rigid polyurethane board has moisture and water resistance. The rigid polyurethane has a closed cell ratio of more than 90%, and is a hydrophobic material. It does not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall does not seep.

3, rigid polyurethane fire, flame retardant, high temperature. Polyurethane is a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material after adding flame retardant. Its softening point can reach above 250 degrees Celsius. It will only decompose at higher temperature: in addition, polyurethane will be in its foam when burned. The surface forms ash, which helps to isolate the underlying foam. Can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane does not generate harmful gases at high temperatures.

4. Due to the excellent thermal insulation performance of the polyurethane sheet, the thickness of the outer protective structure of the building can be reduced and the indoor use area can be increased.

5, strong resistance to deformation, not easy to crack, stable and safe finish.

6, polyurethane material porosity structure is stable, basically closed-cell structure, not only excellent thermal insulation performance, but also anti-freeze-thaw, sound absorption. The average life of the rigid foam polyurethane insulation structure can reach more than 30 years under normal use and maintenance conditions. It can be destroyed under normal conditions of use during the life of the structure, dry, wet or galvanic corrosion, and due to external factors such as insects, fungi or algae growth or damage caused by rodents.

7, the overall cost performance is low. Although the unit price of rigid polyurethane foam is higher than the unit price of other traditional insulation materials, the increased cost will be offset by a significant reduction in heating and cooling costs.
