Single-station pneumatic door body foaming fixture design

At present, many domestic refrigerator manufacturers' door foaming equipments are imported from abroad, and there are two types: one is the crawler type translation production line, the other is the drum type rotary production line, and the foaming station (the number of fixtures) is 8 Between ~12, high degree of automation, suitable for high efficiency, mass production. However, there are objectively design changes and process improvement in the development stage of the refrigerator door. If it is directly processed on the automatic line, it will be unscientific to interfere with the normal production order, which is unscientific, in order to solve the contradiction between production and development. We designed a simple, reliable and convenient single-station pneumatic foaming fixture as shown in Figure 1.
