Our factory processes the crankshafts of various types of diesel engines. Each large end face of the crankshaft has screw holes. Due to the variety of crankshafts and the small number of pieces, the screw holes on the end faces are selected for machining on the Z3080 drill press. When drilling the tapped hole, the crankshaft must be lifted vertically and mounted on the fixture. In the past, the use of triangular tape during lifting was not safe, and the workpiece was not easy to be vertical. For this reason, I made the following spreaders according to the characteristics of each crankshaft.
Mesh Panel

Its surface treatment includes PVC coated, PVC praying, hot-dipped galvanized and electric galvanized. The PVC coated and galvanized surfaces have good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, so it can provide a long service life. The common size of panel usually is 1800 mm × 3000 mm, we also accept other sizes for customers' needs.
