If you want to be more precise, you can use more vocabulary for frequency, for example, several times a day, several times a week, often, occasionally, etc. This allows the designer to know more clearly what is what you do everyday and what you do occasionally. 
This is very important. Don't feel unnecessary. We need to remove unnecessary wasted space in order to make better use of our only space. For example, it may be just one or two guests to stay overnight, so why waste a room? Do rooms?

Before the official start of work, planning and designing on the functional structure should be carried out. If you don't get a floor plan, then you should use the floor plan. After all, it is a popular design. Changes can make it more suitable for your life.
The first step: determine the room pattern
Understanding the lifestyle, the next thing to consider is the layout of the house.
Or take my own example. My family has 4 people, mom and dad, husband, and me. They buy three-room, two-room, two-room, one-kitchen, and two-unit apartments. Therefore, the two bedrooms are indispensable. There are very few stays for guests. They do not need to reserve rooms. They do not consider children for the time being. Plus, the husband needs a room to work overtime on weekends, so the other room is the study.

The core area is where the family stays together. If it is a single dog, the core area is the place with the highest utilization rate.

When designing a house, a small-sized house usually has to satisfy practical functions first, and rationally arrange each functional area.

Look at how much space you need, what kind of furniture to buy, how to size the furniture, and where to place it. Especially for large pieces of furniture, before you have even started the renovation, you should be sure that the dimensions and even more detailed information should be known.
