In this inspection, paints (floor coatings, automotive coatings, industrial coatings, marine coatings) produced by 109 enterprises in 10 cities (districts) including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Jiangmen, Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, Huizhou, Dongguan and Shunde were inspected. There are 122 batches of powder coating products, 113 batches pass the inspection, and the pass rate of product sampling batches is 92.6%. Spot checks are based on HG / T2238-1991 "F01-1 Novolac", HG / T3372-2003 "Alkyd Drying Insulating Varnish", HG / T2237-1991 "A01-1, A01-2 Amino Drying Varnish", GB24409- 2009 "Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Automotive Coatings", GB / T22374-2008 floor coating materials and other 37 standards, the currently valid enterprise standards and product quality requirements that have been recorded, for coatings (floor coatings, automotive coatings, industrial coatings) , Marine coatings, powder coatings) 80 items such as volatile organic compound (VOC) content, heavy metals, free formaldehyde mass fraction, hardness, adhesion, acid value were tested, and the unqualified items found were mainly acid value (6 batch).
Unacceptable acid value will affect the stability of the product, resulting in a decline in product quality. The main reason for non-conformity is that some enterprises are not strictly controlled in production quality control, and raw materials are not inspected in strict accordance with relevant standards before entering the factory and finished products leaving the factory.
