What is the standard production process requirement for the explosion-proof box?

Must be accepted according to the national inspection standard GB3836 series
1. Before fastening the lid, apply a 0.1-0.3mm3# calcium grease to the explosion-proof surface of the box.
2. When tightening the lid, tighten the screws with a tightening torque of 18 N.M.
3. Use a plug gauge to check the flameproof gap after the cover is fastened. The maximum gap is less than 0.1mm.
4. After the assembly is completed, clean the surface of the box and use foamed plastics for proper packaging to avoid damage to the box structure and the surface spray coating during transportation and installation.
5. Check the main fitting dimensions of the parts and components before assembly.
6. The explosion-proof box assembly process does not allow parts to scratch, touch, scratch the explosion-proof surface.
7. When tightening screws and nuts, it is forbidden to strike or use inappropriate screwdrivers and wrenches.
8. Press the test before assembly of electrical components as required, pressurize 1MP, maintain 10-12S. It should ensure no obvious deformation of the box and no leakage.
9. Pay attention to the proper position when assembling electrical components and install them securely.
10. The line number is marked with a marking machine and the line number is clear and complete. Wiring attention to line sequence color and wire diameter.

12. After the explosion-proof box is commissioned, tighten the wiring harness, install the slot cover, and note whether the ground cable is connected. The grounding wire can be wound with Φ20-30 round bars for 6-8 turns to reduce the movement damage.
13. The explosion-proof surface of the parts after finishing must not be corroded or have defects such as bumps, scratches, etc. that affect performance, life or appearance.
14. All welds shall be welded on both sides. Weld defects such as sand blasts shall not be available. Welds shall be flattened after welding.
15. Threaded holes and covers are fitted.
16. Before spraying and derusting the explosion-proof box, remove the grease and dirt on the surfaces of the steel parts with organic solvents, alkalis, emulsifiers, and steam.
17. All the processing steps are completed and the internal and external surfaces are electrostatically sprayed. Spray with anti-corrosion weathering paint.
