The triangular gap between the installed laminate flooring is a difficult problem for the after-sales service of the floor. It is also a kind of more common in the reinforcement of floor complaints. 1. Floor billet health is unreasonable

Before the floor is opened, the raw material of the floor should be treated for the purpose of balancing the moisture content of the blank, eliminating the stress of the blank and reducing the deformation of the floor. However, in the process of curing the floor blanks due to unreasonable stacking, the floor blanks on the outermost side of the slab may have a high moisture content on the one side (outside) and a low moisture content on the one side (inside). The quality inspector will not check the problem.

The geometric dimensions of the floor can meet the standard requirements. When the floor is placed in the user's use process or the floor is unpacked for a period of time, the floor absorbs water and rebalances, the side with high water content absorbs less water, and the amount of expansion is small; the side with low water content absorbs more water and has a large amount of expansion. As a result, the lengths of the two long sides of the floor are not equal, resulting in a triangular seam at the end of the floor. In severe cases, the floor will have a side bend.

The characteristics of the triangle caused by unreasonable health are as follows:

a) There is no triangular seam after the floor is installed, which occurs after a period of use;

b) testing the water content of both sides of the floor strip with triangular seams;

c) After the floor is disassembled, the moisture-proof film has been adhered with waterproof tape.

2. One-side expansion caused by ventilation at the moisture-proof membrane joint

When the laminate is installed, the joint of the moisture-proof film is not sticky with the waterproof tape. One side of the floor is above the moisture-proof film, and one side is at the junction of the moisture-proof film. Since the joint of the moisture-proof film is not adhered to by the waterproof tape, the moisture intrusion causes the side of the floor to become long, and the lengths of the two long sides of the floor are not equal, so that the floor end has a triangular seam.

The characteristics of this situation are:

d) there is no triangular seam after the installation of the floor, which occurs after a period of use;

e) the moisture content on both sides of the floor strip is inconsistent, generally differing by more than 2%;

f) After the floor is disassembled, it can be seen that the moisture-proof film is not sticky with a waterproof tape.

Such problems occupy a considerable proportion of complaints in the floor triangle gap, and the moisture-proof film must be adhered with waterproof tape to ensure that it is airtight and can avoid problems.
