Exhaust valve operating principle

When the water injection starts in the tube, the plug stays in the open position and performs a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, water accumulates in the valve, the float is floated, the plug is driven to the closed position, and a large amount of exhaust is stopped. During normal transportation, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float ball descends. At this time, the air is discharged from the small hole. When the pump stops, the water in the tube is empty or a negative pressure is generated in the tube. At this time, the plug is quickly opened and the air is taken in to ensure that the pipeline is complete.
