Figure 1 shows a workpiece produced by our factory. The material is brass and the wall thickness is 0.04±0.003mm. Due to the thin wall and easy deformation, the measurement results are very inaccurate if the general measurement method is used. Figure 2 shows our specially designed gage, which basically eliminates the influence of contact pressure on the measured value, and the effect is good.
