The device adopts pure lead as the circulating working fluid and has a designed operating temperature of 600°C. It has the ability to carry out research on corrosion of lead-cooled fast reactor structural materials, passive thermal safety cycle and verification of key equipment. It can be the main reactor of the fourth generation reactor.
