The tap water booster pump must be installed horizontally or vertically in the "mounting mode" display. The direction of the water flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the pump body, and should be installed as far as possible from the lowest position of the water level. For ease of use and maintenance, a valve should be installed on the pump inlet line. When the pumped liquid level is lower than the pump's impeller upper end surface or the pump's shaft winding, the pump should be installed with a check valve, and the outlet end should be connected with a three-way connection for water diversion. In the first use, the pump should be filled with water, and Screw the plug tightly. The piping connections should be tight, especially if the water inlet piping cannot leak, otherwise it will reduce the pump head or draw water. Before the pump chamber is filled with water, do not turn it for a long time so as not to damage the metal seal.

The motor coil is equipped with a safety protector. When the pump malfunctions or fails to pump water to cause the motor temperature to rise above the specified value, it can automatically shut off the circuit. After the fault temperature of the motor is reduced, it can automatically resume operation. The booster pump motor is a capacitor-operated motor. When the pump is shipped from the factory, the direction of rotation has been adjusted. If you need to replace the capacitor or re-wiring, press the arrow on the pump body to mark the wiring. To ensure safety, you must use a three-wire safety socket with a ground wire.

When it is found that the pump is leaking, shut down immediately to check for internal leakage. If it leaks from the motor connection, replace the mechanical seal. Check if the power is on. Use the power supply voltage to match the pump's operating voltage. If the above a, b normal; please remove the pump, open the pump cover, remove the pump foreign body, and then install the pump cover, tightly adjusted to normal.

When the pump is not pumped, the pump is installed on the tap water pipeline. If the tap water level is below the pump's impeller level (horizontal installation) or the centerline (vertical installation), the power should be turned off until the tap water level rises. When the impeller plane or center line is connected, turn on the power again to avoid damage to the parts (Automatic type does not require power off). When the pump is used in the pumping well water, please check whether the water inlet pipe is leaking; the water in the pump cavity is not enough and it should be filled with water. If the suction process is too high, adjust it properly. Check whether the inlet and outlet diameters are too small or blocked. After a period of automatic use, there may be an automatic failure, mainly due to the long-term precipitation of metal products such as steel rust in the water pipe. After turning off the power, remove the switch, unscrew the screw, take out the plastic and clean it, and then , according to the original reset, normal debugging, you can use again.
