FAG bearings have inner and outer rings; I think we all know this. As an international FAG bearing, what is the fixing method? Today we will first analyze the fixing method of the inner ring of FAG bearing.
1. The inner ring of the FAG bearing fixed bearing is axially fixed according to the shoulder and the interference. It is suitable for the fixed support layout of the two ends. The layout is simple and the outer scale is small.
2. The circlip of the FAG bearing is fixed. The inner ring of the bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and the lock nut. It can accept a small two-way axial load. The axial layout is small.
3. FAG bearing lock nut fixed FAG bearing inner ring is axially fixed by the shoulder and lock nut. It has anti-loose lock washer; safe and reliable; suitable for high speed and heavy load occasions.
4. The end face thrust washer of the FAG bearing is fixed to the inner ring of the bearing by the shoulder and the shaft end retaining ring. The shaft end retaining ring is fixed to the shaft end by screws. The fixing screw should have anti-loose device.
Applicable to occasions where the shaft end is not suitable for cutting threads or space is limited.
5. The adapter sleeve of the FAG bearing is clamped on the shaft according to the radial dimension of the inner hole of the adapter sleeve; the axial fixing of the inner ring of the bearing is completed.
6. FAG bearing's withdrawal sleeve fixed withdrawal sleeve is clamped in the same way as the adapter sleeve. However, the withdrawal sleeve has a special nut; the bearing is convenient to load and unload; it is suitable for double row with large radial load and small axial load. The spherical bearing is fixed on the optical axis.
